A: FoodMenus.me is a website that lists all local restaurant menus. We let restaurants and food-related businesses put their menus online for free and share relevant news via links, QR codes, NFC tags, and more. We aim to be the largest restaurant menu directory in the Middle East, starting in Oman!
Q2: Who can use FoodMenus.me?
A: Any food business—restaurants, cafés, food trucks, etc. They can upload their menu and customize how it’s shared with customers. If their restaurant is listed, they can claim it for free and modify their restaurant information and menus as they please to help customers reach them.

Q3: How does uploading my menu work?
A: You can add your menu in a few clicks. You will need to register yourself and your business (or claim your business if it already exists on our database). No payment required! Then you can share it via smart links, QR codes, or NFC tags.
Q4: What is the purpose of the News & Info page?
A: This section provides updates on features such as NFC, QR code integrations, best practices, and other relevant technological developments in menu sharing. We also share the latest information and products via this channel.
Q5: Is there any cost to use FoodMenus.me’s services?
A: There is/are no charges for basic, yet important services. Uploading and hosting your menu is totally free. We do offer paid services which include premium integrations (e.g., custom branding, instant menu update, request for custom QR-Codes, analytics), etc.
🛒 Store (Shop Page) FAQs
Q6: What can I buy in the Store?
A: We help you have a “digital online menu”, so that you will not need to print a menu again; therefore, a printed menu is the last thing that you will find in our store. However, you can find some interesting items that will facilitate easy access to your digital online menu, such as printed QR code signs, NFC tags, and other cool interactive items for your customers to access your menu easily.
Q7: How do I place an order in the Store?
A: You’d select your item(s), add to cart, and complete checkout (no money will be collected at this point until the future website update). Please ensure your contact details are accurate. Before we process the order, we will call to verify and maybe ask for more information so that we can get your order right.
Q8: What are the payment options and shipping?
A: After placing your order, we will contact you. You should already know the estimated cost at the time of placing the order; the system will show you that. However during our telephone consultation if it appears that you need less items, the amount will be low, if you need more items or more customization, the amount may be more, but you will not pay more than what you get, and we make sure our pricing is the lowest we can offer to help you get noticed better. Shipping costs depend on the volume of purchase and the location of the shipping address. This, too, will be discussed before we process the order.

A: Yes, some of the changes may take longer to update. But for paid services, the changes are immediate— the changes will reflect automatically on all shared links, QR codes, and NFC tags.

Q14: Can I embed my menu on my own website?
A: Yes, in short! We do not prohibit your webmaster from accessing the page created for you with your menu. They can copy the code or insert live HTML so that whatever you do here, is reflected on your website. However, appearance on your website may be based on the frequency at which your website looks for new information. Which can be instant, or it can take time to reflect.

Q15: How can I use the menu to increase exposure?
A: Absolutely! Share via social media, if you still like to print, you can print your menus with QR codes, embed on your website, or update regularly to showcase specials and get featured in the “News & Info” section.
We promote our website with menus so that your business can have increased exposure. While customers can find your menu once they reach our website, paid accounts will also have increased exposure due to in-depth SEO of their account pages and menu pages; therefore, their business will experience better exposure.
